All brownie & blondie orders are made in the order received.
Brownies are always shipped out the day after they are made for optimal freshness.
We ALWAYS ship all orders in PRIORITY MAIL.
**If you order a custom order during the week of a "drop", brownies will be made the following week.

We do not take responsibility for any orders that are damaged or lost in the mail. We ship through USPS. If you have issues with your order getting lost, please contact your local post office for any issues. We do not give any refunds for damaged or lost orders.
